It has been quite sometime since I posted. Despite of my lack in posting, our ground staff headed by Resident Manager Mr Soon has been hard at work ensuring our BVVC enclave is well kept and secure. For owners who have not visited us, I encourage you to drop by and give us your comments as we continue to make-good of this place for us all. Watch out for more changes to come in near future!. AS YOU ALL AWARE, JMB HAS ACHIEVED MUCH SINCE TAKING OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF BVVC ON 31/5/2009. TODATE, JMB HAS RM100,000.00 CASH IN FIXED DEPOSITS. THIS WAS ACHIEVED THROUGH ITS PRUDENT CASH MANAGEMENT WITHOUT COMPROMISING ON ROUTINE MAINTENANCE WORK AND SAFETY & SECURITY RELATED MATTERS.

LETS CELEBERATE THE SUCCESS TOGETHER. JMB COULD NOT HAVE ACHIEVED THIS MUCH WITHOUT YOUR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT. CONGRATULATION!!!!

HOPE IN 2012 MORE OWNERS WILL JOIN THE COMMUNITY TO SUPPORT ITS MISSION TO TRANSFORM BVVC INTO A LIVELY PLACE AND ENHANCE THE VALUE OF THEIR INVESTMENT.
