New Year 2010 Updates !

Summary of Our Hon Secretary's Special Progress Report via email dated February 12, 2010.....

Dear Owners of BVV,

On behalf of the JMB BVVC, I would like to wish all of you a very Happy Chinese New Year. May the Year of the Tiger bring you joy and happiness to you and your families.

Key meetings attended by the JMC:
a) 16/1/2010 - JMC with HBA (House Buyers Association), discussed issues relating to insurance coverage, COB (Commissioner of Building) and importance of House Rules.
b) 6/2/2010 - Seminar organized by Ministry of Housing and Local Government at PWTC, KL, on the roles and responsibilities of JMB/JMC and COB
