1. As you are aware, the BVVC Joint Management Body (“JMB”) / Joint Management Committee (“JMC”) was formed on 10 May 2008. Henceforth, the management and maintenance of BVVC has been handed over to the elected Committee Members of the JMB BVVC by the Liquidators.

2. In view of the above, we have opened a current account with AmBank (M) Berhad under JMB Bay View Villas Condominium – Maintenance (“JMB BVVC – MAINTENANCE”) for banking-in all monies received in respect of service charges, incidental charges and other remittances from unit owners and/or for disbursement of all expenses relating to the management and/or maintenance of Bay View Villas Condominium.

3. The collection of service and other charges is the ONLY source of revenue to pay for expenses incurred to manage the premises, including but not limited to water and electricity consumption, security, cleaning, swimming pool maintenance, lift, electrical and mechanical system maintenance and staff salary.

4. Therefore, on behalf JMB/JMC BVVC, we appeal to all owners to play their part by promptly paying for service and other charges due. By doing so, it will help us to help you to manage your premises and investment better.

5. With immediate effect, all your Cheque / Bank Draft in respect of the above payable to “JMB BVVC – MAINTENANCE” .

6. Lastly, rest assured that monies received will solely be used to pay for expenses incurred at the premises and will be properly accounted for and audited by Independent Auditors.

7. For those Owners who have done so, we extend our sincere thank you and look forward to having your continued support.
