LETS CELEBERATE THE SUCCESS TOGETHER. JMB COULD NOT HAVE ACHIEVED THIS MUCH WITHOUT YOUR CONTINUOUS SUPPORT. CONGRATULATION!!!!

Greetings All BVV Owners,

Firstly, apologise for being away for sometime. But nevertheless the BVV JMC has been on our guard in watching and caring for all our properties at Port Dickson. Our Resident Manager Mr Soon has been a tremendous help to all of us. Meantime should you need any assistance prior to your trip to BVV, please do not hesitate to contact him. Once again, we will be having our AGM soon. So look out for further annoucement by our Hon. Secretary Prabah in the near future. Hope to meet all of you next month at Port Dickson. On behalf of the JMB BVVC, I would like to wish all of you a very Happy Chinese New Year. May the Year of the Tiger bring you joy and happiness to you and your families.

Key meetings attended by the JMC:
a) 16/1/2010 - JMC with HBA (House Buyers Association), discussed issues relating to insurance coverage, COB (Commissioner of Building) and importance of House Rules.
b) 6/2/2010 - Seminar organized by Ministry of Housing and Local Government at PWTC, KL, on the roles and responsibilities of JMB/JMC and COB

Christmas Greetings & Best Wishes To A New Year Ahead

Greetings Owners,

Firstly I apologize for having to be away for awhile. However the JMC and owners continue to meet once every 2 months at BVVC. Our last meeting held on December 12 was good despite most are still away on holidays. We are glad to meet some new owners from Singapore.

Going forward, I shall be updating the posting of our meeting minutes soon. So do touch base with us or do meet up with Mr Maniam our Residential Manager @ BVVC should you need further clarification or assistance.
